store.
Assist to secure anchor tenant, plus line shops.
The correct franchise will be approached for the target markets.
Assist with the negotiation of rentals for both the landlord and tenants.
Layouts of the anchor tenant and line shops will be done if required.
Detailed plans with all services will be submitted to the architect to
be handed in to the municipality to be passed.
Contractors to do the second fix can be appointed.
Quotations will be called from reputable companies.
Lease repayments, average gross profit and expenses will be worked out,
this will produce "The Break-even Point" of the operation.
A projection, with budgets will be worked out for a 12-month period.
The gearing of the operation will be draw up.
A business plan will be draw up for presentation to the chosen financial
institution.
Occupation:
The operation can be project managed
up to and including beneficial occupation.
A detailed Merchandising Layout to optimise customer flow will be draw
up.
Suppliers and service will be sourced.
The operation will be project managed from beneficial occupation to opening
day.
There is an option of in-store training or sourcing of outside merchandisers
the mechanising of the operation will be overseen.
Assistance can be given on staff selection and recruitment.
Systems and controls to suit the operation will be designed and implemented.

Opening:
The most effective media will
be used to launch the centre and or operation.
Community and opening events can be arranged.
Post opening:
The operator now has the opportunity
to go on the services offered to an existing operation as detailed above.
